Does anyone else have difficulty sleeping due to 'RESTLESS LEGS' where the thigh muscle seems to take on a life of its own and the leg keeps bending & straightening, and finally I have to get up and walk about. I get the same problem with my arm. Anyone got any solutions please

Try Movelat Gel, which is an aspirin based linament, then lay flat on your back with your legs raise above the level of your heart.
Hope it works for you as it does for me.

Paracetamol, just one works for me. Capsules are best - work quicker.
You could also ask your gp for Quinine tablets polonius.

My boyfriend takes magnesium tablets daily and he's not had RLS since he started them. Hope you find something to help you as I know how annoying it can be.
Quinine works a treat , also for cramps , make sure you're not slightly dehydrated at bedtime too polonius x
