Word in Windows Vista
5 Answers
I have got Windows Vista which I am finally getting used to but on Word when I press enter to sart a new line, in the current situation, for an address on a letter, it leaves a much bigger gap than usual. The line spacing is on 1.0 and if I just press the space bar until the text moves down to the next line it doesn't leave such a big gap. Why is it doing this and is there any way I can fix it?

On the paragraph tab, click the line spacing button and Add Space Before/After Paragraph and Remove Space Before/After Paragraph should be listed at bottom. CLick them to toggle between add and remove.
Hope that makes sense!
