I never knew Play Backwards was a catch phrase, so i guess these are going to be a bit obscure.

3 is an odd one. Break your Fall? (as in judo etc., http://www.wikihow.com/Break-Your-Fall)

Thank you Vegasmad and Factor 30 good answers. All are obscure as most are not really Catch Phrases and break you fall sounds good. I could not do anything with 3 seasons and a hailf.

Sorry missed the T out of the
I doubt teh answer will be Rest in Peace.
RPI is Retail Price Index so may be something to do with that/inflation.
