I have never been to this part of AB before it's all too exciting!

The weather today is supposed to have a humidity of 96% - what does that actually mean?

Is it going to be a warm but clammy day or a warm and nice day or something else?

Thanks for any answers.

;-)

It means we have to wash and change about 10 times in one day!! Basicaly, you have summed it up! Even if the sun is out, and even if it shud rain, your body will bang out 96% of sweat!!!

Thanks - but now that I know what it means I can say that it wasn't really humid yesterday.

It was dull and not really warm, miserable and grey - but not humid.

Where is summer?
96% is the relative humidity.
That means the air about us is holding 96% of the water vapour it would need to become completely saturated.
Thats why you can usually stand hotter conditions in a place like Spain better than you can in Britain. The relative humidity is lower.

Its also why the dew falls when night comes. The colder air cant hold the moisture and it condenses.
