I have a small dog who is absolutely smashing with a ball. He loves light ones cos then he can bounce and bounce with it on his nose. I bought him 3 balls last week and he busted them within seconds. Today I bought him another one 3.00 again within 10 minutes.
I have tried all shops and the balls they sell there are too heavy and he does not be interested. I dont think I am going to waste any more money. I actually paid 11 for a ball for him last year but it was too heavy.

Don't know if you have a branch of Wilkinson's near you but that's where we get some extremely robust rubber balls for our dogs. They cost about 70p each.
Our two actually chase them as well as opposed to simply chewing them, although they do that as well.
The balls are obviously small enough to get in their mouths but not too small as to be a danger of choking them. And they usually last at least a month, using them on a daily basis for about 40 minutes at a time.
Hope this helps.

Try specialist dog toys.
