For the passed two weeks whenever I click on to personal banking on the Lloyds web site, the font size becomes so large I have to print my statement in landscape mode and not portrait which means each page of statement prints on 3 sheets of paper. Lloyds say they can't find a problem. Has anyone else encountered this problem? Thanks in advanced to any replies.

Try this, get to the statement again, click on the text somewhere (don't hold) then hold down the ctrl key and roll the mouse scroll wheel. It's a long shot but some sites enable you to change font size this way, I have found that if you try it on a site that doesn't. AB for example then nothing appears to happen, when you later go to a site that does it has adjusted "begine the scenes" somehow.
Just tried it, yep that's the problem!

Just tried it and no luck (why do I get the feeling you were having me on) lol
I wasn't are you sure, I've got LTSB and it worked for me. just get to to log on screen even that changes size. remember, hold down the CTRL key and move the scroll wheel on your mouse, I'm not having you on, Honest. This "feature" was mentioned on this site recently.

No have tried a few times and still nothing happens .Thanks for trying though
I am a LTSB cust and and have tried out the statements to see if I can help.  Mine prints ok, and also I can change the font using the ctrl as well.  Another way may be to try and change the text size via View.  Click on the tab at top View.  Then scroll down to text size, and then select smallest or smaller, and see if that helps.
Cant you just ask them to send you the statements? I think something wrong with the controls on your PC. Have you try system restore? back to 2 weeks time, it only takes 5 mins.
