Tip 1:

Mushrooms , if you need them finely sliced then heres a wee tip ladies.

Put them in the freezer for 5 minutes before slicing to firm them up, making it easier to get an even thin slice.

SAVES THOSE ACRYLIC NAILS FROM GETTING CAUGHT TOO.

12 large pasta shells (cooked and drained)
1 lb mince
1 small jar picante sauce
1/2 cup of water

1 large chopped fried onion
4 oz of chopped green chillies

Brown mince, drain and set aside. Combine picante sauce, water and spaghetti sauce. Stir 1/2 cup into mince along with chillies, 1/2 cup cheese and the fried onions. Mix well.
