Well, I know that now, obviously.

I dipped some strawberries in white chocolate, thinking they would be jolly to have with some fizz.

I put them in the freezer to harden the chocolate ...

... and they've turned to mush.

Yes you can, but they will go sloppy, and can only be used in yogurts, trifles etc. When we had a glut of strawberries from the allotment we would place in a tupperware box, and place a sprinkle of sugar over them and freeze.
aw jayne. Perhaps just put em in the fridge next time hun x

My landlady has a chocolate fountain and she quite often buys strawbs, pineapple, melon etc - chops them into little bits, dribbles choc over and puts them in the fridge.

Yummy!

Yes, next time I'll put them in the fridge.

Awww jj,and you had such good intentions too!
Just to say that even it the strawbs had't turned to mush, the choccy straight from the freezer might have broken your teeth.
As karma says, next time just use the fridge.
Too much fizz drinking eh?
White chocolate is better on raspberries and milk (supposed to be dark) chocolate for strawberries... Just thought I'd add my tuppence worth.

So ...

All round pathetic effort by me.
Yup... But practice makes perfect so hop to it, I'm starving!

Try that and get the frozen strawberries from the fridge to add to it and compliment it.
Jayne ....... I put it to you that you did mistake the microwave for the freezer, therefore placing said strawberries in the microwave, resulting in the ensuing mush.

How do you plead? Guilty or Not Guilty?
