Paper knickers?

Leggy has just said something (eat my shorts) that made me think .... Am I imagining it or could you buy edible knickers at one time? Perhaps in the swinging sixties?

Made of some sort of paper that you could eat?

it is true but the record is not on you tube. i remember the record store on cross street in manchester (think it was called spinn inn ) where boots shop is now having a display for the record and a box of knickers sent to them but no records

I used to work in a police custody suite and they had them for the recruits.... the female ones.. they also had chuck away toothbrushes ready charged with paste, and all sorts of paperwear for when the did strip searches and forensic clothes examinations etc etc.... Educational was that place...
