rleighton, according to the www it's Kristen Swanson but I see she's an American so you may be looking at a different actress doing a UK advert. She IS, however, a redhead so..perhaps she is the one. Put the name into a picture search at Google and see if you recognize her. I haven't seen the ad myself.

It's certainly not Karen Harrison, an answer some malicious contributor insists on giving all the time...
