I would imagine that you should include a variety of picture sizes and techniques (b/w colour etc etc). Artwork is usually demonstrated in large sizes, perhaps if you have an A3 folder/booklet, you could arrange your photography in themes, depending on your preferred subject.
For example, you could have a few photos on one page showing a catwalk model type imagery in a variety of views/perspectives, on another you might have landscapes or wildlife, or some wedding photos, perhaps one amazing photograph on it's own page to emphasise it - it really depends on what you have photographed and where you see your photography going.
If you look at this site http://www.peterkrogh.com/ as an example, you can see that he breaks his art work down into themes. Go on, dare to be different.
