Auto download found SP3,KB970011 & KB907419 all updates for Office 2003 but none of them will install, any suggestions?

only if you can say which office version, what you have installed ... and what error message you get in each case

as in office 2003 home and student ... or ultimate
KB970011 is Junk Email Filter
so will onlt install if you are using outlook

The version I'm using is Office Professional 2003 the only error message I get is installation failed. Any help?
