Hi, has anybody tryed lighterlife plan? did it work for you or is it like most diets its just goes back on.

A friend of mind signed up for it. Paid a small fortune and initially lost 3 stones.

She put over 4 back on, however she was not truly committed to it.

I went for a lighterlife induction talk the other week. I was quite willing to pay the exorbitant costs - �66.00 per week but after watching a video and chatting to the group leader I was very unhappy that you HAD to drink at least 4 litres of water a day for this diet to work. I was not convinced this was healthy so decided not to join. By the way, I understand lighterlife was founded by 2 ladies - a recent picture of one of them showed she could give Dawn French a run for her money.....
