My tomato plants have become water logged. They are wilting and not drinking the water. I have re potted them into pots. Will they recover? They have been in the new pots for about an hour.

Very unlikely
drain them off - they'll recover.
Tomatoes often wilt temporarily when repotted. Keep them out of the hot sun for 24 hours while they recover from the shock. . As long as you have drainage holes in the new pots, the water should eventually drain away and hopefully they will recover.
