I have a 50 page document to print and I need to do it double sided. I don't wanna sit here printing a page, turning it printing the back, printing the next, turning it, printing the back, so on and so forth......
Does anyone know how I can set the printer to print page 1,3,5,7,9 etc so I can then order the printed pages in the feeder and then print the back pages 2,4,6,8,10 etc...
I'm sure there is a way to do it but I can't find it.....
Can anyone help me out? I'd be really grateful! Thanks all xox
What sort of document is it? If it's Microsoft Word, go to file...print on the menu, and under the "page range" section of the dialog box, you can choose pages 1, 3, 5, 7, 9 .... etc.
If it's a pdf, you can do the same thing but under "page range" you have the option of printing odd pages only or even pages only.
Have you looked in the "properties" bit when you have clicked print? On mine, an HP 4283, it comes up with a list of options, type of paper quality of print and double sided printing. Hope that helps
Some support double-sided printing automatically, called duplex printing.
Otherwise, usually there is a software option to print double-sided, which automatically does what you want (then stops half-way, puts up a sign on screen to tell you to turn the paper over and put back in the feed tray).
