I quite enjoyed the first couple (maybe novelty value, I don't know) but the last 2 have been utter dross.  As for this years, not just boring, but actively, channel-switchingly, annoying!  It seems to be constant arguing whenever I flick over and none of this years mob are very engaging.

Yes, I too find it a bit dull.  Can't stand Leslie, I think she is awful...all Sam says is "shut up" and the other's are ....well.....just irritating.  I think last year was much better.  At least its not as boring as the one that Cameron won.

Dermot O'Leary summed it up well when he said now it's in its sixth series BB has become a bit like the FA cup. It's accepted that it happens every year which takes away some of the 'event' factor in it. It also means that some years won't be as good as others.

The original concept of Big Brother at its most pure is still very fascinating - a cross section of society locked in a house for 64 days... what happens? Problem is this has been perverted by over-familiarity and the producers now feel they have to deliver the goods. It's no longer a cross section of society that enters the house, more a finely crafted selection of misfits and personality clashes. This leads to tiresome arguments and shallow fights.

They are all carefully chosen to have either a personality clash, or to be the token representative.  Token gay person, token extrovert gay man (Marco, Brian, now Kemal), token dippy woman (Jade, Helen, Saskia) token tart/slapper, token posh person etc etc.  It's all very dull, but then that is what we all expected isn't it, a bunch of pretentious (say anything to get me in the house types) who are really just naff and should disappear quicker than they appeared?
