Well welcome back everybody the AB site has been inoperable all day.

Bit guess what just when you were expecting a super smooth, fully fixed AB, it is worse than it was before they tried to fixed it.

Still painfully slow and if one clicks on the technology topic, the questions and answers are those from February.

What's going off?

The code on which the site is built is now pretty old an cranky, and it was very well built to begin with.

The site has been very slow and buggy since the weekend and they have tried cleaning up the database that drives it.

My boss wonders what's up, my productivity has increased dramatically today.

Unusual to carry out maintenance on a .co.uk site in the daytime GMT? Maybe doing it in the wee hours would upset the wine fuelled 3am CB posters?

Cheeky young pup.

Old I maybe, but I am very well built, and you would soon find out that I am not at all cranky, if you wasn't cowardly hiding behind that monitor.
