knocking noise been garage please read???
adding to my post yesterday about the knocking noise on the rear of my vectra its coming from the drivers side rear so took it too garage today and he said its the hub bush where is this hes 90% sure he said can i change it myself will i need a special tool does this sound right what hes saying when you here the noise its right by the wheel aswell in there ????...help sooo annoying

For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.If you have to do this repair in situ you will need special removal and installation clamp, if you a 2tonne+ press with an assortment of old sleeves ,and an extra pair of usefull hands you can do it . mark the exact sitting of damaged bush transfere these markings to new bush it will restore the original suspension feel. IN ANY CASE most of the bolts/nuts on the suspension need to be torqued with the four wheel on the ground. I would recommend you let the experts do it
