You don't have to drink alcohol, but why not pretend that you are? This gives you licence to unwind, and do and think things you might not normally try. As I suggested in an earlier post, it might also relax your prejudices about size and beauty - quite seriously, abandoning prejudices is an important part of reading body language, the whole point of which is being able to see beyond the most obvious outward appearances.
Believe it or not, you've had serious responses to your question on this thread...and one is that if you start snickering at women's appearance, women will take offence.
