Can she evict me
I am living in a shared house. There are 6/7 rooms and there are 7 tenants. None of the family whom own the property live on the premises. I unfortunately had a rather unpleasant row with one of the tenants which involved the police being called. The landlady has told me I have to go, and has given me a month's notice. I have always paid my rent on time (unlike some of the other tenants). I am under the notion that even if I have signed anything she cannot evict me until 6 months are up where she can give me 2 months notice after 4 months. Help.

Even then you probably wouldn't be physically evicted for several months while it went through the Courts and bailiffs were arranged. Also, she would need to issue you with a correctly filled out s21 form giving you notice that your tenancy will be terminated. The s21 can be served anytime during the tenancy but can't take effect until the end of the fixed term. Without the s21 you can't be evicted unless you owe 2 or more month's rent.
So, no, she can't just evict you on a whim but has to follow the legal procedure (and it's quite easy to get the procedure wrong).
