Popping noise in neck!!

When i started my usual jog today i could feel and hear a 'popping' noise in my neck, like at the top of my spine. i can still feel it now when i move my head, feels almost like when a bone cracks but more of a pop sound! help!

Sounds like you have an osteophyte (Google it) in your cervical spine often associated with a degree of arthritis.

No treatment is necessary and it is not life threatening in any way.

yes i get this and i have arthritus in the joint at the top of my spine. can be very painful at times and can cause a type of migraine headache..
