Reasons to be cheerful right now? My reasons to be cheerful are: It's saturday - will have drink and scoff naughty food later. I didn't wake up with a bad back this morning. There's loads more tea in the pot !! :-)

Not sure yet. He went in for surgery this morning and we haven't heard anything. She was with him all night and didn't get back till about 8 this morning. She was actually really scared to tell me because she thought I'd go mad. He was stabbed in the stomach and the other lad then twisted the knife. She said there was a gaping hole.

They arrested him last night. I think he's out on bail for a burglary charge. The only reason they got involved was because he was beating his girlfriend up. 17 years old and already a wife beater......makes you sick doesn't it.

Thats great news, ummmm.......................bet your daughter is really relieved too.
The doctors can hopefully sort our the remnant of t-shirt also, but most importantly they managed to stop the bleeding and repaired the damage done internally.

How strange is this .... All the colours (orange, red, black purple, maroon at the mo) show up on my monitor.

Ummmm that seems to be all i read about or hear about the uk at the moment and even the last year.
I do feel its a lot safer heer and the police are both respected and feared .You wont evr see a teenager backchat the police , well not twice once their truncheon has met the youths body a few times they generally comply.
Watching the police talk to teenagers here is like being at school again.Hands are behind backs and head dowen and its yes sir no sir.

Time for some of that in the ghettoes and streets of the uk i reckon.

Leg, no greenies show up in green on my screen. Everybody's names are black, even newcomers. It is verrrrry strange.

I'm using a laptop and I wonder if it is something to do with the resolution settings.
