Tell your employer that your pregnant and don't want to lift anything too heavy..what is too heavy? anything that YOU think is too heavy..listen to your body.. don't take any chances.. if theres anyone who can help you just tell them your pregnant people will help you as much as they can.. i'm sure you would help a workmate that was in your situation would'nt you.. best of luck pink angel.. hope all goes well
now that your pregnant your employr should do a risk assessment at work. If you feel its too heavy then simply DONT lift it and ask a collegue, giving the cucumstance im sure someone wouldnt mind doing it for you.

thanks guys, but the thing is im only 7weeks atm and i dont want to tell anyone till ive had my 1st scan and know everything is ok. (last time i found out at my 1st scan that i had had a miscarriage) so im really worried and dont want to say anything yet.
Pink...lifting " heavyish" objects should not be a problem at 7weeks.
normally any physical exercise would be OK to continue with during early pregnancy.
BUT with your previous miscarriage I would be inclined to notify the bosses and ask for the risk assessment now.
