Ahhh....but Roaldo-sometimes we may want the more personal touch.
jack-I dip trout fillets in seasoned Polenta...lots of black pepper....some Knorr powdered veg or chicken stock...and a dash of hot paprika. I bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes and serve with a rocket and cherry tomato salad. Very simple but nice.
RoaldoM - I like to hear from people that have tried & tested their own concoctions as well as just looking on the web, it makes it that much more personal from the answerbanks chefs fair hands.
