There's no 'cure', per se, although overweight people might find that the condition is less of a problem (or even disappears altogether) if they lose weight.

I get an antihistamine from doctors Neo Clarityn in tablet form, take for about a week before i go away and then everyday when i am away it works brilliantly. Holidays were always a constant itch not anymore .

My hubby swears by "Magicool, Plus" and he also wears a high factor sunscreen.
