Anyone else noticed stephs had a nose job. She was quite pretty before anyway, but its changed the whole shape of her face

Yeah, I read it somewhere the other week (Heat I think) and noticed it when I was having a Hollyoaks catch up today. As you say, she was pretty anyway but she must have had a hang up about it.
