Artificial sperm ?

We are told that scientists have created artificial sperm,well good for them. Most of us can create the real thing. Already some women are joking ( I hope) "Now we can be rid of men" My question is if they get rid of us, at one point will they get rid of all the new born male children.

thats right jno.. most of us can't femails approx 50% of population can't young lads up to about 10 can't and old men over 80 can't or if they can there very lucky .. so if they account for say 15% of the male population there are about 35% of the human population that can.. and i'm one of them whoopee and it aint artificial whoopee doopee doo

I remember a spooky short story I read in which a woman jumped bodies and ended up in a future where there were only females. She was in the body of a brood mare who was artificially made pregnant and whose babies were then graded as various workers or unfit (which I assumed meant male in the context of the story). Through surreptitious questioning she found that there were no males because they�d all died after a gender specific illness killed them all. She somehow jumped back to her own body back in the present time of the story and then made it her job to kill the inventor of the bug that had killed off the males. Only, she didn�t kill the only scientist of that name in the field dun dun dun�.. His nephew was also studying the subject. It was rather chilling..... and silly.

...then across to kitchenware for a turkey baster...
