Jane Middlemiss's Pannacotta (Celeb masterchef)

How did Jane (On celebrity masterchef) manage to set her Pannacotta in the alloted 2 hours. mine needs 8 hours at least.

I'm afraid being a mere mortal I have no answer peppermum - in fact by the time they have a three course meal laid out I am just taking the dishes out of the cupboard. Worthy winner though don't you think? Though wendy might win earlier in week but jayne had the best 'journey'

I thought she would win, as you say they like someone (like Liz McColgan? last year) who learnt most (apparently), but I was rooting for Wendi.

I'm assuming she must have added gelatin, although so far i've not read what recipe she used..

in other words they cheated to make it good for tele ;)

That's my theory as well. I love pannacotta and do occasionally make it and I've always had to leave it overnight to set.
