If they are asleep at 7.30 it's time for you to switch on your radio nice and loud and forget to switch it off as you go to work......
Seriously, as has been said, you need to contact the landlord if it is rented, and environmental health and make a complaint, preferably with other neighbours, so it does not appear it is just you. If it is an owned property, check if there are any restrictive covenants or similar, you could use.
It can be a drawn out process - we had a situation with Mother in Law moving in with darling son and Daughter In Law who she hated and had rows every day, culminating with Mama throwing the entire dinner service at the DIL, and most of it went through the closed windows of the upstairs flat. In the end continuous complaints persuaded them to tell Mama to go themselves, thank goodness, but it did take time!
