4OD is flash based (and the catwalk videos probably are too, but to be honest I couldn't be bothered to find one)
install the latest flash player and see if that helps

get the flash plug in un-installer, run that to remove flash and then try reinstalling flash again.
if that doesn't work then post what version of windows and what browser you use please. (though if it's IE you use then installing firefox would probably fix your problem and it's a much better browser)

it doesn't remove IE and you can have more than one browser installed without any problems

Try to mention the error type and the way you are using that video or utilities or player whom you are unable to play video.
