Maybe I should have made the question clearer.
Does a Call Centre have access to personal information about you i.e. court actions, debt etc.

if the call centre is the credit control and the actions are by them against you then yes, it will have details

O.K. thanks, I suppose what I am trying to find out is if some one works in a call centre can they get access to personal info, like 192.com if you pay for the info.
