had a diagnostic on my vectra b x reg petrol 1.8 came up cam sensor so replaced it started engine car eml light came on,revved it its misfiring so took coil pack off removed all plugs cleaned them replaced them started car bang light goes out car drives brill what was my problem?

Possible the cleaning of the sensor or the plugs leads wanting a REconnection on the plugs.
