After three days he wanted to change his mind and came to see you to ask whether the contract has been conclude and whether he still can revoke his acceptance.Advise Don.

It depends what country Putridjaya is in and what contract law is there.

In the UK the contract is formed when the acceptance letter is posted so Don could not revoke without Lana's agreement

Given that Putrajaya is in Malaysia, Malaysian law would apply. If I were to be cynical, I may suggest that whoever is best connected would win.
