I can find lots of sites that give details of how many calories are in certain foods, but is there one that tells you how many in a meal, rather than in individual items, i.e. if I had a roast dinner, followed by apple pie and ice cream, or fish fingers and waffles, with a slice of bread and butter and a couple of picked onions etc.

It does my brain in trying to add up each item.

How would any site know what you are going to eat? Especially a mixture as way out as that lot?

Doesn't everyone eat like me?

Good point though, just thought there might be a site that had sample meals.
in short no

alot depends on the brands of the food you eat look at the back of packinging for calorie content
If you're eating roast dinners, apple pies, ice-cream, fish fingers and waffles why are you bothering to count your calories. You can't be trying to lose weight, surely... LOL
fatties are ok lankeela. just exercise more chick x

Slimfast! Lost half a stone in a week, still eating the main meal of roast or fish fingers, chicken burgers - you can even have a McDonalds if you stick to regular hamburger and fries!
