"light hearted banter "on here seems to depend on who is doing the abuse and who is receiving it. I've seen users getting stalked for months, every post/thread they make they get called this/that, accused of being this/that etc ,they then retaliate and are then made out to be the bad one.It is the same people that are doing this all the time over and over again, they get banned over and over make new names and start again.
