an interview to work in a school 2mor. Does anyone have any advise as to when they say "Do you have any questions", what do i ask? Ive googled this but none of the questions seem relevent & i would really like to make a good impression because I would really like this job.

I see you asked Lore about holidays/salary:
1) yes you get long holidays
you only work, say, 39 weeks
(that will depend on your contract, we do 39 weeks at my school but they might ask you to work 40 or 42 - depends what the school wants)
2) you only get paid for the c.39 weeks
what they do is add your holiday pay (you obviously can't take leave in term-time but you still earn holiday pay (pro rata) as you would in a 52 week job) plus bank holiday pay which you are also entitled to, to your c39 weeks pay.
3) they add the c39 weeks pay + annual leave + bank holidays and then divide it by 12 so you still get paid every month.
