I have been on a diet for 3 weeks now, want to lose about a stone (ish) nothing too major am 11.5 stone .. I have cut out sugar and am having diet drinks and sweetners... but am still eating sensibly and am not leaving myself hungry... however I have been feeling SO tired and drained, headache and lethargic. I am going to start taking a multi-vitamin with iron to see if this helps.. any suggestions?

Perhaps a quick chat with your GP? They give good nutrition and diet advice and make sure there is nothing else like a thyroid problem. Detoxing has a similar effect so perhaps just a matter of a few more days and see if it persists?
can also be the effects of quitting sugar, like a drug sometimes the body undergoes a cold turkey feeling when you suddenly stop eating things like sugar/chocolate and other junk

it should reduce over time
As cazzz says probably the quick reduction in sugar. This also happens to people who stop coffee; headaches and tiredness. Are you eating carbohydrates? A piece of fruit now and again should boost your natural sugar level and you'll feel better.
