No. it's the speed at which your wireless adaptor is talking to your router. You Broadband speed is gonna be waaaay below that!

1475 down-l and 47 up-l.

1759 down-l and 329 up-l

I get the same kinds of speed differences as rojash does; I personally favour speedtest.net. (It lets you choose a server close or far from your machine.)
