daewoo nexia fuel problem?

i've recently aquired a nexia gsxi,when it runs its fine,but once i turn the engine off and try to restart it..it turns over but wont start.any ideas anyone..please?

could be fuel starvation check for lose connections faulty
fuelpump / could be partly blocked up disconnect fuel pipe to carb get some one to turn engine over to see if petrol
is getting to the carb
