Anyone know the piece of 'jazz' music in tonights second half of Come Dine with Me, on C4?

It was on when John was cooking in his kitchen making a horrible sauce.

It's an odd piece as it only has 3 1/2 beats per bar.
Has a piano in it.

It has been used a while back in a bank advert but I've never found out what it's called...

Can you describe the bank ad? I'll see if I can identify it for you. Can't promise, mind.
It is called "Unsquare Dance" by the Dave Brubeck Quartet.
Hence CB says it has 3 1/2 beats per bar. It's in 7/4 time, which means it actually has seven beats per bar. It's fairly common in jazz.
