Affray and carrying a weapon with intent
Hi, my name is lisa and i have concerns for my MUM (yes a mother) as she is in court tomorrow for affray and carrying a weapon with intent.
When at the police station she refused any legal help or doctor and admitted she was guilty!
Although she admits the crime, she was provoked and she is not in her right state of mind. she suffers from suicidal manic depression. This is the worst she has been and im really worried about her.
Her doctor will release her medical record to show she is unwell and has been most of her life but i need to know what the minimum and maximum outcome will be.
She has never been in trouble with the law and neither have i so we have no idea what to expect. She has a lawyer but i wasnt with her when she saw her so dont know what was said.
Please help, im so worried.
Thank you in advance Lisa
