Try not to stress, get a kit that will tell you very early if you are pregnant and start taking your folic acid just in case.
I lost two babies in similar circumstances. I am not going into detail because it is not exactly the same and I don't want to add to your list of things that can go wrong!
I went on to have my youngest child now nearly 8. Prior to all this bereavment I had 3 children 2 of whom were not planned and I fell pregnant with no trouble! It seems unfair I know but if you have got pregnant 3 times before then your chances are very good.
Let us know how you get on.

One thing worth bearing in mind is that the day 21 tests look to see whether you are ovulating. Your result was very low; indicating you hadn’t ovulated: no ovulation - no pregnancy. However, it might just be an odd cycle – it’s not uncommon for a woman to have a cycle where ovulation doesn’t take place, so don’t worry about that too much. Also, the test should be taken 7 before your period was due, so if you are normally regular and the test wasn’t taken at the correct date then the result won’t be a correct reading. In most cases, if you are starting investigations for your fertility, most clinics/doctors will do these tests a couple of times to ensure more accurate results.
Good luck
