Pretty much as it says on the tin... any suggestions?
Doesn't need to be any particular genre, just fast, loud, fun and obviously I have to like it... I have a Mylea Class (??) song on there (see you again) and Sir Mix A Lotso don't feel anything is too embarrassing!
Cheers

Serious way to optimise your treadmill workout.
Find tracks that are precisely in time with your comfortable running pace, and put them into a separate Playlist.
Mine is 160 bpm (beats per minute). Example ... I Said Never Again by Rachel Stevens.
Try running in time to some of the tracks on your iPod. When you find one that is exactly right, go home and time it. Then, only run to tracks with that bpm.
Whether I run fast or slow, I always run at 160 bpm ... I just alter my stride length.
You will find if works really well for the treadmill.
