they're not ones where either the railway or the road goes over the other on a bridge (or under in a tunnel)
Because the passage of rail and road occurs at the same vertical elevation.

Thank you for the helpful responses and also the not so helpful! I just wondered as I was sat at one the other day and it sparked a conversation amongst my passengers.
