If they are on your nose, and in the nasal creases at the sides, then have a good soak in a hot shower or bath, then apply a black head remover strip for the nose.
You peel off the backing, wet your nose, stick it on, then when it is dry and crisp, peel it back. It will gently remove all the blackheads. It works better after a shower or bath, as that will open the pores more first.
Do it once a week/fortnight, no more, or you will aggravate your skin and cause more oil to be produced.
Once your pores are cleaned out, then wash thoroughly daily with something gentle, and exfoliate a couple of times a week.
