just watched as my 14 month old granddaughter had a fit, omg how scarey is that!

Oooops, it seems I might have been incorrect in assuming it was merely a temper-tantrum.
How about an apology to Gina32 then Stewey, it would be a terrible thing to witness.
At that tender age it would almost certainly be a febrile fit.

Upsetting for the onlookers, but in fact not a big deal medically.
Gina32, in her original post used the word 'fit' If she had mentioned convulsion or seizure, or even spasm, then I would not attributed 'temper-tantrum' to the benign term 'fit'.
Whatever Stewey, still think an apology is in order though.

sqad, actually without going into details its was a big deal
gina....I used the word medically......meaning "no big deal" for the medical profession.
