What do you find hard to swallow?

I am swallowing my vits and they are hard to swallow prob cos my body doesnt want them lol!!

Superwhole food pot on Thursday. I wasn't hungry and just wasn't feeling the love for it.

Oh... And my friend brought me tonic water rather than sparkling last night, that was a bit grim too.

me too DP but we have to 'swallow' it excuse the pun lol

CD -know egere youre coming from as i cant drink wine with even cheap tescos sparking water -I fiound when I drank spirits (gin) that the tonic water tasted the same as gin and it makes me feel sick now !!

I am now on my 3rd vit -they stick in my throat but I have to persevere.

I dont have the gagging action right yet. Another stuck and relax ......


I cant swallow beef or pork -its too tough but i like it occasionally.

I remember the police coming to my door -nowt to do with me-but I was eating a bit of pork at the time and i couldnt speak to them-(think I panicked when they came to the door -family and all that) and then had to say i was choking and they had to to the manoevore before they could speak to me !!

snags -I likes my protein so i lalways try to swallow at all times.Not fond of the stinging eyes or pearl necklace myself :) -well I do make concessions lol
