Turkey competition

I'm entering a competition where you have to name an apartment. The apartment is in a block called Sara Apartments and is in the Oba district of Alanya. I can be quite creative with slogans but I'm a bit stuck with this. Any ideas? Not sure whether to pick something a bit crass/kitsch or to go for something a bit cryptic?

Any thoughts are most welcome!

I'd say it depends who's sponsoring the comp (travel company, property developer, supermarket etc) and whether the rules give a clue as to what they are looking for in the winning name (originality etc). Try googling Sara apartments and Alanya and find out all you can about them eg are they modern, luxurious, near to the sea, or any historical connections etc? This might inspire some ideas. Good luck!
