Self cutting outside tap kits

I,ve just installed one of these on a branch from the cold water feed direct into the house, the pressure in the house in good yet the pressure at the outside tap is poor any ideas?

I fitted one of these a few years ago myself - too pecuniary disadvantaged to get a plumber in - and didn't have high expectations of it when I examined it in the DIY superstore, I was proved right.
The water presssure at the outside tap depends on the diameter of that pin. As an analogy, think of the difference between the water volume that comes out of a fireman's hose compared to your garden hose.
