after scanning wit spybot i had virtumonde dll so i scanned agen and it wer still there,i tried superantispyware and that hasnt removed it.how do i get rid of it

install it and update it.

start your computer in safe mode and run a full scan with it

to get to safe mode keep tapping f8 when you first turn your computer on (before you see the windows logo) and select safe mode when the menu comes up.

Hopefully that a scan in safe mode will find and clear it all

once you've done that, I'd recommend..
